Everybody knows that using natural hair oils is undoubtedly beneficial for your health. However, in our modern life rhythm there is always not enough time for their preparation and use. This applies to me too. That's why, after hearing about such a wonderful and incredibly pleasant method of hair care, like aromatic combing, I would love to share it with you.
This method is extremely simple to use. All you need:
- Comb of natural material (wood, bone or natural bristles)
- Essential oil
- 10 minutes of your time
Important: metal and plastic combs are not recommended, as they can create unwanted reaction with essential oil components!
So, distribute a few drops (depending on the hair length- from 2 to 5) of essential oil on the comb and start carefully combing your clean and dried hair from the roots to the tips in the following directions: tilting the head forward (brushing from the back of the head to the forehead), throwing the head back (brushing from the forehead to the back of the head), as well as brushing the hair from the right temple to the left and vice versa. The procedure should take at least 3 minutes, but not more than 10 minutes.
Aromatic combing gives hair receive nourishment all length, improving structure of hair itself. This process promotes restoring water balance, feeding dry patches of the hair, giving smoothness, elasticity and gloss. Hair roots are stimulated to absorb beneficial properties of essential oils and receiving nourishment with improved blood circulation from the head skin massage.
This method is perfectly suitable to promote hair growth, nourishment, saturation with useful elements, give of a well-groomed look to the hair, and, thanks to correctly chosen essential oils, eliminate dandruff. Besides, your favorite aroma will remain on your hair for a long time, performing function of a natural (and such pleasant!) perfume.
It is recommended to repeat the procedure 2-3 times a week (as prevention on healthy hair) or as a course - every day within 2-3 weeks (at the same time it is recommended to use the same essential oil to achieve full effect of its useful properties)
